For this celebration video, I provided the full creative roadmap—from initial storyboarding and art direction to the final visual assets. The challenge was to condense four years of complex policy growth into a fast-paced, engaging narrative. The style - a modern collage style to seamlessly blend archive footage, stock imagery, and bold motion graphics, creating a cohesive visual language that feels both institutional and cutting-edge.
